1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of VizFlow, an AI-powered service for creating videos, HTML animations, visual explanations, scripts, subtitles, and related creative outputs from prompts, documents, and user-provided materials. By using VizFlow, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy.

2. Eligibility and Account Responsibilities

You must provide accurate account information, keep your login credentials secure, and use VizFlow only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for all prompts, uploaded documents, files, generated content, edits, exports, credit usage, subscriptions, and other activity associated with your account.

3. AI Generation and User Content

VizFlow uses AI systems and third-party infrastructure to process user prompts, uploaded documents, extracted text, images, scripts, subtitles, and generation instructions. You are responsible for ensuring that your inputs and outputs comply with applicable laws, these Terms, and our Acceptable Use Policy.

AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, unexpected, or unsuitable for a particular use. You must review generated content before publishing, presenting, distributing, or relying on it.

4. Prohibited Content and Conduct

You may not use VizFlow to create, upload, request, edit, export, distribute, or attempt to generate content that is NSFW, explicit, sexually suggestive, harmful, abusive, harassing, hateful, violent, exploitative, illegal, deceptive, or otherwise prohibited by our Acceptable Use Policy.

This prohibition applies to prompts, documents, images, subtitles, scripts, generated videos, HTML animations, exported files, and attempts to bypass moderation, safety controls, rate limits, payment controls, or abuse-prevention systems.

5. Moderation and Enforcement

VizFlow may use automated and manual review systems, including third-party moderation services, to screen prompts, documents, extracted text, generated content, and related inputs before or after generation. We may block, reject, remove, or limit content or accounts that violate these Terms or our policies.

We may suspend or terminate accounts, refuse service, restrict exports, or report activity to appropriate authorities when necessary to protect users, third parties, VizFlow, or the public.

6. Ownership and License

You retain ownership of content you submit to VizFlow, subject to any rights held by third parties. You grant VizFlow a limited license to host, process, transform, display, store, transmit, moderate, and support your content as needed to provide and secure the service.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for all content you submit, including documents, images, brand assets, scripts, and personal data.

7. Payments, Credits, and Subscriptions

Paid features may use subscriptions, one-time credit purchases, usage limits, or other billing mechanisms. Prices, included usage, renewal terms, credit expiration, and refund terms are shown at checkout or inside the product.

You are responsible for applicable taxes and payment information accuracy. We may change pricing or plan features prospectively, and we will provide notice where required by law.

8. Intellectual Property and Service Restrictions

VizFlow, including its software, interface, branding, templates, workflows, and service infrastructure, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, scrape, overload, interfere with, or abuse the service except as allowed by law or expressly authorized by VizFlow.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

VizFlow is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VizFlow disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VizFlow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or content decisions arising from use of the service.

10. Changes and Contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of VizFlow after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
